Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

To ensure your preferred time and service, we recommend reserving in advance. Walk-ins are warmly welcomed when availability allows.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to unwind, select your colors, and begin your visit in a relaxed state.

What if I’m running late?

We understand things happen. If you are delayed more than 10 minutes, we may need to adjust your service to honor all scheduled guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations, allowing us to offer your time to another guest.

Is parking available?

Are your tools sanitized between clients?

Absolutely. All tools are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected following strict health and safety standards.
